Thai FX Compare API Terms
Effective 5 October 2026 · Early-access commercial API
1. API access
Access requires an active API key issued by Thai FX Compare. API keys are confidential and may not be shared publicly. You are responsible for requests made with your key.
2. Plans and quotas
Each key has a monthly request quota. Requests above the quota may return HTTP 429. Plan pricing, quotas and included capabilities may change for future billing periods with notice.
3. Permitted use
You may use API responses in your own internal business systems and approved customer-facing integrations, subject to your plan and any written agreement.
4. Restrictions
- Do not resell raw API access or API keys.
- Do not republish substantial portions of the dataset as a competing FX-data feed without written permission.
- Do not bypass quotas, authentication, security controls or source restrictions.
- Do not represent Thai FX Compare as a bank or as providing guaranteed executable rates.
5. Data and financial disclaimer
Rates and fees are informational comparison data, not executable quotes or financial, investment, tax, legal or banking advice. Data may be delayed, unavailable or differ from the final rate offered by a bank. Users should verify transaction terms with the relevant institution.
6. Third-party rights
Bank names, trademarks, logos and source material remain the property of their respective owners. API access does not grant rights in third-party intellectual property.
7. Availability
The API is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during early access. No uptime SLA applies unless agreed separately in writing.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk, material breach of these terms, or activity that threatens service reliability.
9. Separate agreements
Business plans may be governed by additional written commercial terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the written agreement controls.
